I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics and Business at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a researcher at CERGE-EI in Prague (a joint workplace of Charles University and Czech Academy of Sciences).

I received a Ph.D. in Economics from UCLA Anderson School of Management in June 2018.

I am an applied microeconomist with a focus on firms and firm linkages in developing and middle-income countries. I use both reduced-form and structural methods to understand how institutional frictions affect the interactions between the firms and firm linkages, and I also develop new methods.

My research areas are primarily Development Economics and Political Economy and also Applied Econometrics and Trade.
